BOWLING

First night was all about getting to know each other and starting to build the team spirit. We were in Planet TUŠ Bowling center where you could bowl, drink Slovenian beer, watch the Football match or just enjoy the company. A lot of participants were to tired to endure the whole 4 hours of intensive bowling so they went to rest, but some of them stayed with us till the end. :)

WORKSHOPS

Most of participants have complimented our workshops about being one of the best. They enjoy the simple approach of the teachers, and hanging out with different nationalities.

WELCOME PARTY WITH BLOW UP

All SCiM people were encouraged to participate in a few drinking/sexual games by DJ Freddy and most of them participated, so we can say the games were a success.

INTERNATIONAL EVENING

The international evening was a complete success. All of you brought your traditional food and drinks, some of you wore your traditional clothes also. There were so many different types of drinks that evening, that many of them woke up with a hangover the other day (:

CELEBRITY PARTY WITH KARAOKE

Karaoke rules!! After a few courage welcome drinks participants decided that is was time to show their singing talent to everyone. They were taking shifts at the microphone until the batteries went dead (:

TRIP AROUND SLOVENIA

Your guide Igor Jurišic told you all about our country and the capitol Ljubljana. You also visited Bled where you took the boats to the small Island in the middle of the lake.

After that we went to Planica ski jump – the biggest one in the world. We spent the night in Kranjska gora. On the second day the road took us to Postojna on the Furman festival – to check out the old way of traveling/transport. After that it was time to relax in the beautiful long beaches of Slovenia (:

PIRAMIDA NIGHT WALK

This night was something to remember. Equipped with burning torches we climbed on top of our Pyramid and enjoyed the view of Maribor at night. We brought some drinks with us to get rid of the fear and to quench our thirst.

FOOTBALL NIGHT

This night is dedicated to the greatest game ever invented – FOOTBALL!! In the spirit of Football mania that was lasting this whole Football World Cup we dressed up in our national uniforms, or wore the jersey of our favorite footballer. You competed amongst each other in hand-football and try to score the goal with a special prize.

CLOSING CEREMONY

Every good thing comes to an end an so did SCiM also. We saw what the drama class has prepared for us, what was created in Fashion workshop and all other workshops as well.

Because of the football fever we decided to organize Football night instead of Black & white party. On the 6^th of July there is first semi final football match, after watching the match there will be a party. All participants dressed up in football clothes will be able to compete in exciting games, the best ones will be rewarded.

We will take a walk on a higher ground, on Piramida to look over whole Maribor. This will take place on 5^th of June in the evening. To make this trip more exciting, we will take some torches with us, to light our way. :)

On the 1^st of July we are preparing Celebrity party with karaoke! The participants will have to dress themselves in famous singers (Bryan Adams, Michael Jackson, Madonna, Tina Turner… it' s your choice) and try themselves in singing. We’ll also take care of rich animation program and lots of fun. The best singers will be rewarded! ;)
